Frequently Asked Questions and Helpful Links
Do I need to have exterior home improvements approved by the HOA?
Yes. Please see the Architectural Review Procedure.
Leaves cannot be raked to the street for collection by the county. They must be in paper bags or a bin (no plastic bags) for collection on recycling pick up days. If you contract a landscaping company, please make sure they know not to put leaves in the street.
“[Street] Sweepers are not designed to pick up leaves. Large quantities of leaves will clog sweeper filters, spreading the leaves over a large area. Sweeper operators will avoid areas of curb containing an excessive number of leaves.”
Sidewalk Snow Removal
“The owner of property abutting a sidewalk in a public right-of-way is responsible for removing snow from the sidewalk within 48 hours after the snow has fallen.”

Please report any incident including items stolen from cars or your yard, and any vandalism, even if it’s minor or you don’t think anything could be done about it. It’s important for the police to have a record of all incidents so that they can identify patterns. This could also result in more police presence in our neighborhood at night which would discourage additional incidents.
